منظمة سائس للتنمية الدبلوماسية وحقوق الإنسان تنظم ورشة عمل حل النزاعات بالتعاون مع مؤسسة فريدريش إيبرت الألمانية

نظمت صباح اليوم منظمة سائس للتنمية الدبلوماسية وحقوق الإنسان بالتعاون مع مؤسسة فريدريش إيبرت الألمانية ورشة عمل تدريبية متخصصة في حل النزاعات استهدفت مأموري الضبط القضائي في مديرية الغيل.

وفي حفل التدشين، ألقى الأستاذ راشد باصريح المدير التنفيذي لمنظمة سائس كلمة أكد فيها على الدور الذي تضطلع به المنظمة في تعزيز قدرات مأموري الضبط القضائي وتزويدهم بالمعارف والمهارات التي تسهم في حل النزاعات بطرق سلمية تضمن سيادة القانون.

كما تحدث الأستاذMahmoud Qaiyah مدير البرامج في مؤسسة فريدريش إيبرت، مشيداً بالشراكة القائمة مع منظمة سائس، ومؤكداً حرص المؤسسة على دعم البرامج التدريبية التي تعزز من قدرات المؤسسات المحلية ورجال إنفاذ القانون.

بدوره ألقى الأستاذ سالم العطيشي مدير مديرية الغيل كلمة أشاد فيها بأهمية انعقاد مثل هذه الدورات التدريبية في المديرية، باعتبارها رافداً مهماً لدعم جهود السلطة المحلية في تعزيز الأمن والاستقرار.

من جانبه، أكد العقيد عوض بن عكاس مدير أمن الغيل، في كلمته، على أهمية ربط اللجان المجتمعية برجال الأمن، بما يساهم في معالجة القضايا والنزاعات بشكل أسرع وأكثر فاعلية، ويعزز من دور مأموري الضبط القضائي في المجتمع.

كما ألقى المقدم علي عليان مدير التوجيه المعنوي بالإدارة العامة لأمن وشرطة ساحل حضرموت كلمة أشار فيها إلى أن إدارة الأمن تسعى باستمرار لتطوير كوادرها ورفع قدرات جميع منتسبيها، بما يمكنهم من أداء مهامهم بكفاءة عالية.

This morning, Sais Organization for Diplomatic Development and Human Rights, in partnership with the German Friedrich Ebert Stiftung, held a specialized training workshop on conflict resolution for judicial enforcement officers in Al-Ghayl District.

During the opening ceremony, Mr. Rashid Basarih, Executive Director of Sais, delivered a speech highlighting the organization’s role in strengthening the capacities of judicial enforcement officers and equipping them with the knowledge and skills that foster peaceful conflict resolution while upholding the rule of law.

Mr. Mahmoud Qaiyah, Program Director at the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung, also spoke, praising the ongoing partnership with Sais and affirming the foundation’s commitment to supporting training programs that enhance the capabilities of local institutions and law-enforcement personnel.

For his part, Mr. Salem Al-Atishi, Director of Al-Ghayl District, emphasized the importance of holding such training sessions in the district, considering them an essential contribution to the local authority’s efforts to reinforce security and stability.

Colonel Awad Bin Aqqas, Director of Al-Ghayl Security, stressed in his remarks the importance of linking community committees with security forces to resolve cases and conflicts more swiftly and effectively, thereby strengthening the role of judicial enforcement officers in the community.

Lieutenant Colonel Ali Alayan, Director of Moral Guidance at the General Administration of Security and Police of Hadhramout Coast, added that the security administration continuously strives to develop its personnel and enhance the skills of all its members to enable them to perform their duties with the highest efficiency.
